In order to get into better shape and to loose wieght I walk to work as much as possible. I do change it up and ride my bike sometimes, but the bulk of the time I walk to work and jog home.
This is a two mile trek with a couple of pretty good hills. I dont use a headphone\ipod\mp3 player\radio or anything like that. One I like to hear cars approaching, two music can really disrupt my walking cadance.
Back in November I was in a car wreck and hurt my right ankle. Just this week I have tried walking without the brace and so far so good. I was jogging home last night without any problems but Tina came by and I accepted the ride.
So, I guess I'll see if I did more injury later.
