I am not really much into predictions. There was something I read, I think in the Wall Street Journal, that Obama was thinking of dumping Biden for Clinton. This would be to counter Palin.
I dismissed the idea because it has not happened before. Then Biden comes out with the above clip. I figured it was another gafffe in his long list of gaffes.
Then I thought again and did that childish "What-if"...

I read that as him positioning himself to be Hillary's VP in 2012.

Hillary Clinton really has very little to gain from Obama winning the Whitehouse. Yes, she is out there stumping for Obama. Not with any real passion though.

Then you have Leon Panetta saying Obama is intimidated by Palin. This is very PUMA sounding. Add to that the reports of the lackluster feeling in the air from the Democrat Convention. Multiply it by the polls...
You can see them feeling the need to do something...
My pinko brother is spreading quite a few easily debunked lies about Palin, such as a huge list of books she banned from the local library when she was mayor in 1996 (a bunch of the books on the list, like the Harry Potter series, hadn't even been published yet)....Not sure, but I think when you have to start spewing stuff that's not even close to the truth, you're on your way down
