Seances, talking to the dead, palm reading, psychic mediums have been debunked time and time again. We use terms like, fake, flim flam, liars, cheaters etc.
Guys like Houdini, Randi, and C. Angel expose them for what they are. If you add a skilled magician to your scientific research group you will find no evidence that even remotely suggests that any of the above is possible.
So, if you just drop psychic medium and put on Analyst your suddenly on the news channels spouting out stuff that is contrived but accepted. I think we should refer to analysts with terms like, fake, flim flam, liars, cheaters etc.
